Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: 1-2 day delivery (15 aed) WORLDWIDE: 3-6 day delivery (check price at checkout)

  • Pre-Order Items: Shipped only after the official release date and arrival at our Dubai warehouse (typically 10-14 days after release).

  • Combined Orders: If your order contains both In-Stock and Pre-Order items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives. Please place separate orders if you want in-stock items sooner.

2. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Yoolxv is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier (Emirates Post / DHL / Aramex).

  • We provide a tracking number for every order. If a package is lost in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We do not offer refunds for packages lost by the courier.

3. Customs & Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country upon arrival. Yoolxv is not responsible for these fees.
