Refund policy

  1. All Sales Are Final
    To maintain the integrity of our inventory and protect limited-edition K‑Pop merchandise from damage, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or price differences found elsewhere. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

  2. Mandatory “Unboxing Video” Rule
    In the rare event that your order arrives with a damaged item or missing inclusions (e.g., missing photocards), you must provide a full, unedited unboxing video as proof.

    • The video must begin with the package fully sealed.

    • It must clearly show the opening process and the contents inside.
      Without this video, we cannot process refunds, replacements, or claims—this policy protects us from fraudulent requests.
      All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  3. Outer Box & Packaging Disclaimer
    The outer box or case exists purely to protect the actual product (CD, photobook, inclusions).
    Minor scratches, dents, or slight discoloration caused by shipping are not considered defects.
    Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for issues with outer packaging if the internal contents remain undamaged.

  4. Order Cancellations

    • In‑Stock Items: Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.

    • Pre‑Order Items: All pre‑orders are final. Once placed, we immediately secure your stock with our Korean suppliers, so cancellations are not accepted after payment confirmation.
