1. PRODUCT & AUTHENTICITY
Yes, absolutely! 100% of our products are authentic and imported directly from authorized distributors in South Korea. All album sales count towards the Hanteo and Circle (formerly Gaon) charts to support your favorite artists.
Yes! If you order during the pre-order period, you will receive all included Pre-Order Benefits (POBs) provided by the supplier. However, POBs are limited and first-come, first-served.
If a poster is included with the album, we will ship it to you. Some posters come folded inside the album, while others may be rolled. Please check the specific product description to see if a poster is included.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are based in Dubai, UAE. All orders are packed and shipped from our Dubai warehouse.
We currently ship exclusively to the following regions:
- GCC Countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman.
- Asia: Pakistan, India.
We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.
In-Stock Items: Shipped within 2-3 business days.
Pre-Order Items: Shipped only after the official release date and arrival at our Dubai warehouse (typically 10-14 days after release).
Combined Orders: If your order contains both In-Stock and Pre-Order items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives.
GCC: Most shipments within the GCC are smooth, but customs rules vary by country.
India & Pakistan: Customers are strictly responsible for any Customs Duty, KYP/CNIC requirements, or Import Taxes charged by their local government. Yoolxv cannot control or predict these fees.
3. PRE-ORDERS
When you pre-order an item, you are paying in advance to secure your copy before it is released in Korea.
- Release Date: The date the album comes out in Korea.
- Arrival Date: The date it arrives at our Dubai warehouse (usually 10-14 days after the Korea release). We ship it to you immediately after it arrives here.
Your entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives. We do not split shipments. If you want the in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
No. As per our store policy, pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled. We secure stock immediately after you place your order, so we cannot reverse the transaction.
4. RETURNS & DAMAGES
We are sorry to hear that! To process any claim for damage or missing items, you MUST provide a full, unedited unboxing video.
- The video must start with the package still sealed.
- It must show you opening the package and checking the contents.
- Without this video, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. This is a strict rule to prevent fraud.
No. The outer box is designed solely to protect the goods inside. Minor scratches, dents, or discoloration on the outer case caused by shipping are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and paypal.
Our store operates in AED (UAE Dirhams). If you are paying with a foreign card, your bank will automatically convert the currency at their daily rate.
